We are supporters of small family farms surrounding the Delta. These farms grow nutritious, flavorful, fresh produce for our community. Enjoy these products with your family and friends or purchase them to show thanks and appreciation to your clients and employees. We can create custom gift baskets for you tailored to your tastes and price range. We have purchased our merchandize from well-know gourmet food producers who impress us with the quality of their products. All of these products are made in small batches using only the best quality ingredients.
· Gourmet Vinegars, Olive Oils, and Mustards. No pantry is well-stocked without a few great tasting vinaigrettes, olive oils and mustards. Try some of our real fruit based vinaigrettes with your salads or as marinades for fish, chicken and pork. Using these products will turn an ordinary meal into an unusual dish in minutes.
· Tomato Sauces and Salsas. Aromatic and rustic flavors combine to create delicious sauces reminiscent of a farmhouse meal. Try the sauces on crusty bread slices or with your favorite pasta. Top pizza dough for an instant meal. In addition to the obvious tomato-based ingredients, some of our sauces are made with California grapes and others showcase local vegetables. The salsas are great with chips or crusty bread.
· Jellies and Jams. Our tasty jams and jellies are made from fresh fruits and vegetables and pure cane sugar. They can be used on breakfast and lunch breads or complement artisan cheeses. Also try them with some grilled meats.
- Artisan Cheeses. Husick’s staff have selected some of the areas most distinctive handmade cheeses to offer for sale. They are perfect for entertaining or inclusion in your picnic baskets. Try cheeses from Cowgirl Creamery -- handmade in West Marin County, California. Several collections are available—Red Hawk, Pacific Northwest Collection or Tomales Bay. Also, Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company is known across the U.S. for its Original Blue Cheese. It’s great for dips, salads, cooking or snacks.
· Dessert Goodies. We love handcrafted pastries that celebrate the fresh produce grown in our region. Try our pies, cobblers and cookies. We do not use trans-fats or artificial ingredients. We also have some delicious nuts and candies to satisfy your sweet tooth.
